The T.E.A.M. © Building training I offer can be half or full day in which I teach Tuckman's Model of Team Development (forming > storming > norming > performing). Knowing that there will be hills and valleys of agreement and disagreement amongst team members helps the process. I then teach the acronym of how to be a successful T.E.A.M., whether for a specific project or as an organization.
